Only Administrator and Manager Roles can view this report. 

Administrator and Manager roles can see the Employees' birthdays.

To check the Birthday Tracker report, go to the Reports section in the side menu and select "Birthday Tracker".

Set Search Filters

In the Birthday Tracker Report, you can see details about employees' birthdays. To get report data, first apply the filters you need. Here are the filters you can use:  
  1. Department
    2. Department Selection - Example View

  2. Section
    3. Section Selection - Example View

  3. Employee. You can either select all employees at once or choose up to a maximum of 10 employees per search.

    If you try to select more than 10 employees per search you will get the following message.


  4. Date

  1. Time Period
    2. Time Period Selection - Example View
Then click Search button.

Then you can see the report details.

Export Birthday Tracker Report 

You can also export your report to CSV format by clicking the 'Export CSV' button. It will download your report as CSV file.
