How allocate Users to User Group
This option also available only for Administrator and Manager roles.
You need to create User Group(s) before User Group allocation. You can find the details for creating User Groups
here.
To allocate users to user groups, go to the User Group Allocation page. Start by clicking on the User Management option in the side menu. Then, select "User Group Allocation." This will take you to the page where you can assign users to different groups.

Assign Users to User Groups
To assign Users to User Groups follow the below steps.
- First, choose a user group to assign users to. Click on User group name from the dropdown list.

- To find the names of the user(s) you want to assign, look in the left-side area. Click on the name to select them.
- Use the right arrow buttons to move names to the assignment area on the right. The single arrow moves only the selected names, while the double arrow moves all the names.

After you add all users, click the "Save" button at the top of the assigned user area.

You will see success message as shown below.

Unassigned User(s) from User Group
- To unassign users from a User group, first go to the User group allocation page.
- Next, search for the User group from which you want to unassign user(s).

- On the right side, you will see the list of users who are already assigned. Click on the names of the users you wish to unassign.

- Then, click on the left arrow to move only the selected names. If you want to move all users, click on the double arrow

Finally click on "Save" button to save the changes.
