When you add a new employee and save their details, they will receive an email to create a new login.
Save & Invite button in Add New Employee
If you need to send the Invitation Email again, use the "Resend Email" button in the employee details menu.

Send Invite Email again action can only perform by the Administrator.
The employee will get an email similar to the one below. They can then use the email link and the provided password to log in to the Leave Central app for your company.
