Only Administrator, Manager, and Approver Roles can view this report. 

Administrator and Manager roles can see the leave balance details for all employees. Approver role can only see the leave balance details for the employees assigned to them.

This report gives a report on Leave Balance Details.

To check the Leave Balance Details report, go to the Reports section in the side menu and select "Leave Balance Details".

Set Search Filters

In the Leave Balance Summary Report, you can see details about employees' Leave balance details as a summary. To get report data, first apply the filters you need. Here are the filters you can use:  

  1. Department

Section Selection - Example View

  1. Employee : You can either select all employees at once or choose up to a maximum of 10 employees per search.

  2. Employee Selection - Example View

    If you try to select more than 10 employees per search you will get the following message.

Then click the search button.

Export Leave Balance Details Report

You can also export your report to CSV format by clicking the 'Export CSV' button. It will download your report as CSV file.
