1. Leave Central Plans

Leave Central offers different plans for teams of all sizes:
  1. Free Plan: This plan is perfect for small teams and supports up to 5 users at no cost. 
  2. Lite, Professional, and Enterprise Plans: These paid plans include advanced features for growing teams and larger organizations.

Plans & Pricing

  1. Free

This plan is free and supports up to 5 employees. It includes essential features like a leave dashboard, leave calendar, leave reports, and leave management. Users also have access to a mobile app, an employee directory, and overtime management. This plan is ideal for small teams or startups that need basic leave tracking at no cost.
  1. Lite

This plan costs $0.50 per employee each month and supports up to 10 employees. It offers all the features of the Free Plan and adds Slack integration and support. This makes it a good option for small teams that need better communication and assistance.
  1. Professional

This plan costs $0.75 per employee each month and can support up to 50 employees. It includes everything in the Lite Plan and adds priority support for faster issue resolution. This plan is great for mid-sized businesses that need more scalability and better support.
  1. Enterprise

Starting at $0.85 per employee per month, this plan is designed for larger organizations with unlimited employees. In addition to all the features from the Professional Plan, it also includes a time & attendance system, ensuring comprehensive workforce management. This plan is best for companies needing an all-in-one HR solution with premium support and extensive functionality.

Check Current Plan

Just move to Settings from there choose 'Plan & Billing'. At top of the page you can see current plan details under Plan & Billing topic.
You can find your current plan details on the Plan & Billing page in the Settings section. There, you can see the plan name, the number of employees who can register, the payment period (monthly or yearly), and the renewal date of the plan.

You can upgrade your current plan. To check how to update check  the "Upgrade Plan" section of this article.

2. Price Calculator

The Pricing Calculator helps you find Leave Central's pricing based on your organization's size and how you want to be billed.

In the blue shapes below (under the Employee slider), you can see the plan that matches your adjusted employee count. It shows how much you need to pay depending on whether you choose to pay yearly or monthly, and it also shows how much you spend per employee.


How use it:
  1. Using Employee Slider, users can move a slider (click on blue round & move) to adjust the number of employees and see the related plan and pricing.

  2. Users can choose between Monthly and Yearly billing. The Yearly plan provides a 20% discount, making it a better choice for long-term use.

  3. Select Billing period
     
  4. The pricing calculator supports multiple currencies, including USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, and AUD, so businesses can see costs in their preferred currency. You have to just click on the Currency name to check prices with that currency.

3. Payments

You can pay to Leave Central with your Debit or Credit card. Your payments are safely handled through Stripe. Currently, We accept :
  1. Visa
  2. Mastercard
  3. American Express
  4. China Union Pay
  5. Diners Club
  6. Discover
  7. JCB
You can pay with these currencies.
  1. USD ($)
  2. Euro (€)
  3. GBP (£)

When you choose a paid plan during registration or when upgrading for the first time free to a paid plan, you need to enter your payment details if you haven't already added your card information. You can find instructions on how to manage your payment methods in the "Updating Payment Method" section of this article.
