Setting for Company Info

You can edit your company details or deactivate your account on the Company Info page. To get to this page, go to Settings and click on "Company Info."

Update Company Info

In Company Info page you allow to change following fields details.
  1. Company Name
  2. Company Type
  3. Website
  4. Office Number
  5. Company Size
  6. Country
After changing the required field(s) click on Update button at the bottom.

Deactivate Company

To deactivate your account, click the Deactivate button at the top of the page.

To continue the deactivation, click the Deactivate button again. You will get confirmation popup. There you need to provide a reason for deactivating your account and your account password for confirmation.

Keep in mind that you and your employees will not be able to access the account after deactivation. If this happens by mistake or you need to recover the account, you can do so within 30 days from the deactivation date. Before deactivating the company, you will see a download button to save your data.

After adding reason and password, click the "Confirm" button. You will get the Deactivation successful message like below.

You will receive an email about your company's deactivation.

Download Company Data

After your account is deactivated, you can log in again and see a message. There, you can download your company data by clicking the "Download Data" button.
