Setting for Company Info

You can edit your company details or deactivate your account on the Company Info page. To access this page, go to Settings and click on "Company Info."

Update Company Info

In Company Info page you can change the following details.
  1. Company Name
  2. Company Type
  3. Website
  4. Office Number
  5. Company Size
  6. Country
After making the necessary changes, click the "Update" button at the bottom of the page.

Upon successful update, you will see a confirmation message indicating that your company information has been updated.

Deactivate Company

To deactivate your account, click the "Deactivate Company" button located at the top of the page.

When you click the Deactivate button, a side panel will open.

To proceed with deactivation, click the "Deactivate" button again. A confirmation popup will appear, prompting you to provide a reason for deactivation and your account password for verification.

Please note that once your account is deactivated, you and your employees will no longer have access to it. If this happens by mistake or if you need to recover the account, you can do so within 30 days of the deactivation date. Before deactivating your account, you will have the option to download your data.

After entering your reason for deactivation and your password, click the "Confirm" button. You will then receive a message confirming the deactivation.

You will receive an email about your company's deactivation.

Download Company Data

After deactivating your account, if you log in again, you will see a message informing you that your account is deactivated. You can download your company data by clicking the "Download Data" button.
