Understanding the Dashboards in LeaveCentral

LeaveCentral offers customised dashboards for all four user types: User, Manager, Approver, and Administrator. Each dashboard is designed to fit the specific needs of each user type for a smooth experience. Here are the main features for each user.

Key Features Commonly Found on Dashboards for All User Types:
  1. Leave Summary : Here User can see how much leave you have taken and how much is still available for each type of leave.
  2. Leave Request : User can apply for a leave, directly from the dashboard "Apply Leave" button.
  3. Leave Calendar : Display the current month by default, allowing users to navigate between months. Pending approval requests are in yellow, while approved leaves are in green.

User Dashboard

The User Dashboard is designed to give employees a clear overview of their leave-related information and actions.

Approver Dashboard

The Approver Dashboard helps approvers quickly access new leave requests that need approval. It shows leave requests from employees reporting to the approver, submitted within the last 10 days, in the Secondary section. The Primary section displays leave requests made by the approver. The Approver Dashboard also includes important features found in the User Dashboard.

Manager Dashboard

The Manager Dashboard is the same as the Approver Dashboard, but under Secondary Leave Requests, managers can see all employees' leave requests, even if the employees have different reporting managers.

Administrator Dashboard

With the mobile app dashboard, All User Roles (User, Approver, Manager & Administrator) can easily check their remaining leave balance and view their leave calendar, just like they can on the web account.
