Only Administrator role can perform this action.

You can set your company's working days and hours from the Week Setting. By default in Leave Central, this is set to Monday through Friday, with 7.5 hours a day for a total of 37.5 hours per week.

To update the Week Setting, first go to the settings from the side menu and select the Configurations option.

The Week Setting will be the first option under the General Category on the Configuration page side menu.

In the Week Settings page, you'll see two tabs; Working Week & Shift Patterns.

Working Week

In Working week all the days of the week, and the working hours divided into morning and evening halves. You can set the working hours without including lunch breaks.

First, select the Shift Pattern to set up time slots. This is usually set to the Default Shift option, and you can choose available shifts from the dropdown list.

To add a time slot to a working day, check the checkbox next to the time slot you want.

At the bottom of the page, you can choose the week’s starting date. When you select a date, the week view will change accordingly.

You can also change the Year Starting date from the available options.

Next, you can update the hours for each day and the total hours for the week. You can update time by clicking up and down arrows in the fields.

Make sure to set your time slots correctly. Click on a time box to edit it, and a dropdown will appear that lets you change the time.

After making your changes, click the Save button.

You will see a success message afterward.

Shift Patterns

The Shift Patterns option is a premium feature available in the paid versions. It allows you to customize and add shift details according to your preferences.

To add shifts, simply enter your shift name and description in the provided text boxes, then click the green "Add" button next to them to include your new shift. In the "Week Setting" section of this article, you can choose specific shifts and set their times in the Week Settings tab.

After adding a new shift, you will see a success message displayed as follows:

For custom added shifts, you also have the option to edit or delete them. These options can be found alongside the shift details.
