Auto Approvals Configuration

Only Administrator role can perform this action.
On the Auto Approvals page, you can enable employees to automatically approve leave requests.
This operation can also be updated through the Manage Employee page (Check "Edit an Employee Details" section in How to Manage Employee article) and Employee user profile (Check the "Update Own Details - Employee Profile" section in How to Manage Employee article)

This feature is available only for employees in the Administrator and Manager roles and applies to both leave and overtime (OT) requests.

To configure these settings, first navigate to the settings in the left-side menu and select the "Configurations" option.

Then click on the "Auto Approvals" option in the side menu, located under the Leave Management category.

You will be directed to the Auto Approvals page.

On the left side of the page, you can select the employees who are authorized for auto approvals. Use the following buttons to manage the selections:
- The single arrow button moves a selected employee to the approved list.
- The double arrow button moves all employees at once.

If you need to remove an employee from the auto approvals list, you can use the designated removal buttons.

Once you have made your selections or updates for auto approvals, click the "Save" button at the top of the page.

A confirmation message will prompt you to acknowledge that this action will remove any assigned reporting manager, if one exists. Click "Yes" to proceed, and you will see a success message confirming the changes.
