Settings for Enable Compensation Leave / Time Off In Leave

You can choose either Compensation Leave or Time Off In Lieu, but not both at the same time. Compensation Leave is based on the number of days, while Time Off In Lieu is based on the number of hours.

Compensation Leave Settings

To adjust the Leave Condition based on Compensation Leave, follow these steps:
  1. First, go to the Settings option from left side menu. There you can see the option "Configurations". Click on that to access the configuration page.

  3. On the left side of Configuration page, you will see several options. Click on "Leave Rules".

  5. Look for the field labeled "Time Off in Lieu/Compensation Leave". From the dropdown menu, select the option "Days (Minimum - 0.5 Days)".

  7. Next, find the field labeled "Compensation Leave Utilization Expiry Days Count". Here, you can specify the duration before the compensation leave expires. The default setting is 90 days (approximately 3 months).

  9. After making these adjustments, click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page. You should now be able to request Compensation Leave.

    Once you save your changes, a success message will confirm that the updates were made successfully.

Your company can now request Compensation Leave and utilise it as needed.
