Set Search filters
In the Leave Summary Report, you can see details about employee leave. First, apply the filters you need. Here are the filters you can use:
- Department
Department Selection - Example view
- Section
Section Selection - Example View
- Employee : You can either select all employees at once or choose up to a maximum of 10 employees per search.

If you try to select more than 10 employees per search you will get the following message.
- Date

- Leave Status

Then click the Search button

Clear Search Filters
To clear your search, click the Clear button next to the Search button.

Export Who is on Leave Report
You can also export your report to CSV format by clicking the 'Export CSV' button. It will download your report as CSV file.
