Leave Summary Report

Only Administrator, Manager, and Approver Roles can view these reports. 

Administrator and Manager roles can see the leave summaries for all employees. Approver role can only see the leave summaries for the employees assigned to them.

This report gives a summary of leaves of the company.

To check the Leave Summary report, go to the Reports section in the side menu and select "Leave Summary."

Set Search filters

In the Leave Summary Report, you can see details about employee leave. First, apply the filters you need. Here are the filters you can use:  
  1. Department  
  2. Department Selection - Example view


  3. Section  
  4. Section Selection - Example View

  5. Employee   : You can either select all employees at once or choose up to a maximum of 10 employees per search.

  6. All Employee Selection - Example view


    If you try to select more than 10 employees per search you will get the following message.


  7. Leave Status

  9. Year  
  10. Year Selection - Example view

Then click the Search button.

Clear Search Filters

To clear your search, click the Clear button next to the Search button.

Export Leave Summary Report

You can also export your report to CSV format by clicking the 'Export CSV' button. It will download your report as CSV file.
