Only Administrator, Manager, and Approver Roles can view this report. 

Administrator and Manager roles can see the leave plans for all employees. Approver role can only see the leave plans for the employees assigned to them.

This report gives a report on Employees' Leave Plans.

To check the Leave Summary report, go to the Reports section in the side menu and select "Employee Leave Plans".

Set Search Filters

In the Employee Leave Plans Report, you can see details about employees' Leave plan details. To get report data, first apply the filters you need. Here are the filters you can use:  
  1. Department  
  2. Department Selection - Example view

  3. Section
  4. Section Selection - Example view

  5. Employee : You can either select all employees at once or choose up to a maximum of 10 employees per search.
  6. Employee Selection - Example view

    If you try to select more than 10 employees per search you will get the following message.

  1. Date range : You can either select options from left side ("Today", "Yesterday", "Last 7 Days" & etc.) or Select preferred date range by click first and last days of custom date range. After selection make sure to click "OK" button there.

Then click the search button.

Export Employee Leave Plans Report

You can also export your report to CSV format by clicking the 'Export CSV' button. It will download your report as CSV file.
