How to Check Overtime History

The Overtime History checking facility is available for all user roles to review their own leave history.

In addition, approvers can view the leave history of employees assigned to them, while managers and administrators can access the leave history of all employees.

1. Check Own Overtime History (User Role)

To check own Overtime History, all users should navigate to the "Overtime History" page located under the "Manage Overtime" menu from the left-side menu bar, as shown in the image below.

You will be able to see your own overtime history there like below image.

Click the green eye icon under "Action" to view the overtime details, it open in side panel as shown in the image below.

2. Check Own Overtime History (Approver, Manager and Administrator Roles)

To check your  Overtime History, all users should navigate to the "Overtime History" page located under the "Manage Overtime" menu from the left-side menu bar, as shown in the image below.

When you go to Overtime History page, it usually shows your own overtime requests. To see only your overtime requests, make sure the "Only Mine" toggle switch is turned on.

3. Check Other Employees' Overtime History

This is only available for Approver, Manager and Administrator Roles.
  1. Go to the Overtime History Page as explained in the "Check Own Overtime History (Approver, Manager and Administrator Roles)" section above.

  2. Find the "Only Mine" toggle switch located at the top of the Leave History table.

  3. Turn off the toggle switch. You will now see toggle switch as shown in the image below, allowing you to view all employees' overtime history.
  4. Other employees' Overtime History

    Click the green eye icon under "Action" to view the overtime details, it open in side panel as shown in the image below.

4. Filtering Overtime Request

Filter by Status

You can use this status filter to view the overtime history for both your own and other employees. You can find the Status filter at the top of the Overtime History table. There are five options available:
Status filter options
  1. All - Show all statuses
  2. Pending - Show requests that are waiting for approval or rejection. 
  3. Canceled - Show request that have been canceled.
  4. Approved - Show requests that have been approved.
  5. Rejected - Show requests that have been rejected.

To filter your requests, click on the option you need. If you want to see other employees' overtime requests, select the option you want and after that click the nearby Search button.

Filter by Employee

You can use this filter only when viewing all employees' overtime history. This feature is available for Approvers, Managers, and Administrators. Find the filter at the top of the overtime History table.

If you are an Approver, you will see the names of the employees assigned to you and can filter by them. Managers and administrators can see all employee names and filter them accordingly.

To filter employees, select an employee or a group of employees from the dropdown by checking the box next to their names, as shown in the image below.


After making your selection, click the search button next to the status filter on the right.

5. Check Overtime History with Mobile Application

To check your overtime History using the mobile app, follow these steps:
  1. Open the app. You will usually go to the Dashboard first.

  2. From the bottom menu, tap on the "overtime" section.

  3. You will then see the My overtimes page. Next, go to the "History" page by touching History tab name.

    On the History page, you can view your overtime history details.

    Users will see their overtime history page top area displayed like this. (Only Status filter available).

    Approvers, Managers, and Admins will see their views like this.

    You can simply apply filters like the mentioned in above "Filtering Overtime History" section.

    Click the View button in the Leave under Leave history to see the full details of that leave.
